Before the recent update, Conkeldurr was just a regular poke, what should be done to keep it in the tier is to complex ban flame and toxic orb on conkeldurr, kinda similar to Hydreigon's case. Once Conkeldurr uses 1 bulk up and its flame orb activates. It is ready to sweep with such little effort, of course some conditions have to be met, such as trapping ghost pokes earlier to make it even more easier for conkeldurr to sweep. Edit:, Once we get HA's, all the legendaries, and all the remaining gen4 pokes, we can have Draco Hydreigon and Flame/Toxic orb Conkeldurr back, right now, it is pathetic to be forced to run hex Cofagrigus, or any other pathetic alternative poke mentioned above.

Low winrate isn't inherently the problem with ELO system, if you happen to win 52% of the time against the top 20 chess players in the world then you must be pretty damn good and "deserve" a high ELO despite a seemingly mediocre winrate. The problem here is that ELO isn't the greatest system for a game that is largely about luck - as a player you can only do so much. Winning a top 20 player doesn't inherently make you a good player and in Pokemon winrate against everyone has arguably more value than winrate against only "the best".

Good boi xD Edit: I tested the following Hippodown on Showdown and it looks very solid against Conkeldurr. Curse and Ice Fang are not needed if your team already has an answer to Bulk Up Leftovers Conkeldurr.

I already addressed this issue with a simple "toggle" option back in 2016, but whether it would be an item you use that would be entirely fine as well (as long as you can use another item to negate the effect). What's up with the disrespectful tone for an idea that would truly help players? Not to mention that Amnesia Brace is much worse alternative to Exp. Share since you can effectively only raise one Pokemon at a time in the same pace where as Exp. Share would do 5. And that it also costs RP, and this is not a feature that should be RP dependent in the first place.

How about a month (or 2 month) long test ban. I'm aware that the test bans are usually used when a pokemon is deemed as "unhealthy", but the opinions are split to a degree that it surely is going to be difficult to make a decision. Maybe a test ban can be a solution in here?

I still actively play the tier and ladder to top 50 on a few accounts in past months. Last time it was here, tier was pretty shite. Meta has gotten better since, no dugtrio, less stall. This time around though, there will be a lot of mindless hyper offense that I would expect players to spam. (A-Ninetails, Ribombee, Koko screens, etc.) Overall it’s still not the hardest tier to learn, there’s only about 20ish staple mons in the meta, and 50+ viable mons that are you can learn pretty fast. Very enjoyable tier, lots of creativity, and creativity is rewarded in SM. Although if the skill level is the same as two seasons ago, I’d be afraid it could be a non-competitive tier except for a few players.

Fluff: I'm trustworthy, I never coached or been coached in PSL and it never prevented me to bring good results.
