Hi, former GM. The amount of evidence that is required for an RMT ban is a magnitudes larger than evidence needed for botting. False bans do still occur do to misinterpreting evidence gathered, but the vast majority of RMT bans have more evidence than you think. Not up the staff's ass like you claim. I've just been on that side of things. As someone already said, some chat logs are provided on appeals, but critical evidence that could jeopardize capture techniques is not and will never be shared. Your point of view is severely biased as is since it was already stated that non-critical portions of evidence are provided in appeals. So the ball is in the player's court to prove innocence. Access to a fan made Pokemon game is not a human right. Perhaps you should learn how legal precedents apply before bringing up stuff like human rights, freedom of speech and such. You are not protected from being banned because ECHR. Being banned in any game is not a human rights violation. Having to prove your innocence in a ban appeal is not a violation of your human rights. Due Process and the presumption of innocence applies to government abuses of their people. If you read the Terms of Service it is already stated that PokeMMO reserves the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason. You agreed to it and it is an enforceable clause. ECHR doesn't protect you from that.

the android client itself is a big bug. Legit, from the screen going black when entering buildings, to MM starting and not showing for you, you have to relog to be sure it started or not, from mons appearing above chat, from chat going bonkers and sometimes doubling multiple times the logs, not just 1 time, like in the normal client, I've seen instances of 5+ at a time. From getting stuck on the loading screen due to unknown factors, so much garbage. Also for the love of god, make it so that it has a check if you really want to run from a mon, make it optional, so people can use it at their own will, this help those who want to click on the bag and fat finger run, missing on a shiny.

This is that guide where everytime the devs change the payouts I want to die a little as I have to rebattle HUNDREDS of NPC trainers for the nth time. Originally I made this guide when it was extremely profitable to rematch NPCs for cash but nerfs have happened so that's unfortunate, but it's still a decent income. Data Collected This is EVERY re-matchable NPC in the entire game across 3 regions. (minus the Elite Fours) Swimmers and tubers are NOT included though because they're poor and not worth it. Payouts differ slightly each time you re-battle an NPC. Example: Might pay 3,700 one time, but 3,820 another. These totals were gotten while using the AMULET COIN while REMATCHING after defeating all E4s. These are NOT the totals you'll get from battling 1st time or early game rematching. KANTO TOTAL CASH = $ 341,744 SEVII ISLES TOTAL CASH = $ 93,580 HOENN TOTAL CASH = $ 229,265 UNOVA TOTAL CASH = $ 681,390 But, obviously, not all trainers are worth battling. So I made this custom money run in the section below to help players efficiently farm money from trainer rematches in a reasonable amount of time. Money totals have been rounded up/down for a cleaner look and easier maths. Hope you enjoy! Custom Money Run The most profitable trainers to hit for the time spent! This run makes 420k in 2-3 hours. It's basically just the trainers that give 3.2k or more (and aren't too outta the way), plus the gyms. Secret Bases 2.0: 1) New Secret Base layouts would be added. 2) Secret Bases have the option to be set to public, invite only, friends only or closed. Closed would mean no one can visit the Secret Base. Invite only means you must have an invite to enter the Secret Base. Friends only means you must be on the owner's friend's list and the owner must be online to enter the Secret Base. And, public means anyone can enter the Secret Base as long as the owner is online. 3) People have an option to "like" Secret Bases they visit. 4) The ability to add a Secret Base to your "Favorites" list so you can visit it at any time. 5) A popularity leaderboard where rankings are determined by how many "likes" a Secret Base has. 6) The ability to invite friends to your Secret Base. 7) A menu that allows you to see where your Secret Base is located, how many visits and likes it has received and the Secret Base popularity leaderboard. 8) Secret Base decorations can now be sold and purchased off the GTL, traded between players and gifted to other players via mail. Team Secret Bases: 1) Team Bosses can create a "Team Secret Base" 2) Team members can visit the Team Secret Base at any given time regardless whether the Boss is online or not. 3) Team Secret Bases are generally larger than regular Secret Bases and feature various exclusive decorations (Battle Arena, PC, Spectator Bleachers, etc.) 4) Team members can contribute decorations to the Team Secret Base. 5) The power to edit the Team Secret Base can be granted to chosen team members by the Boss. 6) Non team members can enter the Team Secret Base if given an invite.

Current Situation: Option in advanced Search on GTL. Particles: Yes/No. Proposed Situation: Option in Advanced Search on GTL: Particles: Dropdown Menu listing available particles (Shiny, Present, Ghost, Hitodama, Eye etc) Make it easier to find pokemon with the specific particles you are looking for. There is currently no easy way to find these, unless you open each listing seperately. This is very user unfriendly and could easily be optimized.

I like your concept and i think its feasible. Choosing color of items is some similar to your idea,i know you want more difference, but modifying items in more degree is a huge work and must have limit. I actually thought about designing clothes for Pokemon not just giving them particle. And i think its impossible to make an unique custom vanity item for the public ,its special for the staffs or commemorating specific players for their great contribution.

in other games we have a system of punishment who show relatories with all explanation about the infraction, showing evidences to can be refuted or not. I think who pokemmo have good rules but can better their methods to make more clear your actions. What the community think about this?

Id advice on using a mod to make the shiny mon in the horde bigger and have a better animation, so you hardly ever miss it.

I joined in 2012, but I don't know if that fits your definition of a "veteran" - if that's the person who talks the most on /global, that's not me. If you feel that yours' & your surroundings' opinions are " everyones'' " opinion it only indicates your inmature approach, or to be exact that your inference is simplified and based on heuristics. Some players, even veterans, like to play this game for its' story and content not related to competitive play - so Johto would be a nice addition for those people. For you, Johto might be boring and not worth the while, but according to the numer of topics about Johto,it only points out that some people disaggree with you. At least discuss the topic constructively and try to look at the others' opinion.

If it makes you feel any better I found a shiny Sawsbuck while training in story and muscle memory killed it before my brain processed the sound. I've at least double checked every encounter since, even if I'm watching something else while hunting. The loss of a shiny hurts, but the potential of missing a shiny like that makes it all the more fun! Imagine if you were hunting a rare animal irl, you could easily goof it, kinda makes it too easy to have a prompt that pauses the game for you till you pay attention to the fact that it's a shiny but that's just my opinion.

Not really, in fact, if that's your argument, then I'd agree against this suggestion right away. To many rare shinies flooding the market rn. Also it encourages people to actively trade their shittos, which has a pretty large market interest by the community. well, that's pokemon, if something doenst fit a standard, you're most likely to not find anyone interested in buying it, in this case, a bad pokemon, most likely wont sell in teh market, and would flood the market with more garbage per say. You can mass delete them from your boxes, there's options for that. this example is in no way possible harmful for the game, nor does it matter honestly. But it should indeed be removed, and be like it was previously, after X value it's 5% of the price you want to place in GTL for, a 10M item/mon would require 500k to place in GTL, would help to boost the economy and pokeyen value, while also making people think twice.

Anyone who was part of a time when lucky egg was the main currency, scamming was legal, afk kickout wasn't a thing (so people would go to sleep/ work/ school while being online in Viridian) would be old school imo.
