I think this is the best suggestion I've seen in a while and I could not agree more with it. 100% voted up. Like, why even have IVs and be able to breed? Just turn the game into a catch-mmo and everyone will be happy. U a real one bro, massive respect.

Make the bracers NOT guarantee 100% for pass IV of 31. Above 25 IV, it should be harder to pass. For example: for a 31 IV in Strength, using Power Bracer: 25: 100% chance of pass 25 IV. Above here, the chance is half. 26: if IV is 26, you have 50% chance from 25 to 26. 27: 33% chance for pass between 25, 26, 27 randomly. 28: the same logic, will be random chance to pass from 25 to 28 randomly. Chance here is 25% 29: from 25 to 29 will be random chance each. 30: also here 25 to 30. 31: here it is 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31. In order to make harder to breed a 5x31. Solution to deal with all of 5x31 Pokemon already made and economy: - take people's pokemon 5x31 and give 16 vouchers ticket that can add a x31 in a Pokemon with none x31 IV in stats for be able to use him to re-breed. Give also the bracers and a RP 100 for the inconvenience of rebreed. Also, give a nature voucher, to change the Pokemon nature. And all vouchers will be trade able. But they are not affordable. The 31 IV voucher only works for no shiny. For shinies 5x31 give 16 shiny 31 stat voucher. Why this suggestion? Its boring that everyone in the end will have a maximum IV 31 stats, with this implement people may never have it, it would be cool only really rich guys have it

Nah I played 1 steel type and yes it was a spdef invested so i could switch in to poryz but there is absolutely no difference between this to running full def druddigon so I can counter krooko, or running max def crobat to counter heracross. There are more than enough scary mons to be looking out from than just pory-z and that's why you must match yourself to the tier, I think that what scares the community isn't pory-z, what scares the mmo community is actually adopting the idea that tiers can and should change from time to time, and switching their beloved cores and mons from time to time - based on the new tier changes with the new fresh and sometime scary mons that joined the tier that month.

I won't talk about reward shiny because I know it's a dead end but, for the perfect non shiny pokemon everyone can have some, what is the point of rewarding players who try hard the ladder with negative pokemon? I tried these 2x31 4x25 comp several times and it made me lose a lot of matches, because sometimes an imperfect poke dies or takes too much damage, where as a perfect poke does not risk anything, after this observation I decided to release all pokemon obtained in matchmaking Personally I preferred win 1 pp normal or 1 super candy than a negative comp (even for a player with little resources it is negative to win this kind of comp because the day he will make a tournament, he will have a big disadvantage played the obtained in ladder)

Wallbreakers are designed to have little to counters, sure. That's not the issue and no one is disputing that. The problem is that a wallbreaker needs a good amount of prediction in order to wallbreak which is absolutely not the case with P-Z that can spam 1 single move, Tri Attack, against pretty much 95% of the tier. Idk what Heracross in NU has to do with this.

This is why i compared yanmega with porygon-z.. I dont think that tri attack is as spammable as you present it to be. Bug buzz is way more spammable since iirc only crobat can actually resist it if yanmega uses tinted lens while there are multiple resistances to tri attack and the rng factor shouldnt be taken into consideration when we theorise. Hax are luck. You might get good rng in every single attack you fire or not get any of them. The way rng works is that every attack has a certain % to get a status so u eventually can fire 10 tri attacks and every single one has 20% each. So in any of those 10 u play for a 20% chance to get a status. Any player who respects him/her self wouldnt play for that. As sweet said any team should have answers to big threats on the tier like a heracross switch or a pz switch or idk what switch. So him running spdef invested empoleon shouldnt be a shock.. Its an adaption to a new threat as for example he already used to run crobat in his team so he has a fighting switch. That doesnt nessecarily mean that hera or pz are broken. It means that he adapts to pokemons that might threaten him

Easier doesn't always mean better, and better doesn't always mean easier. Suggestions are generally requests for improvements to certain aspects of the game, some of which are to make a part of it more challenging or to strive for a better economy, and some suggestions are simply requests for new features. Asking for something to be made easier is fine too, but these types of suggestions often come with significant downsides for the challenge and/or economy of the game, which is why they're often rejected. I think this thread has gone far enough though. For the reasons listed in my previous response, this suggestion won't be happening, sorry.

Breeding is the way it is for the sake of having any sort of functional economy and not stripping the wild of all of its gameplay value once the dex is full. The original breeding system allows for outright cloning of competitives and rare species, meaning that they have very little value, and makes catching anything in the wild a complete waste of time when you can get better stats from breeding with very little effort. Here it's a refinement system that consumes what you put into it, meaning that players are spread out across the game catching breeders in different areas instead of swarming the daycares. The system is designed in such a way that if you know what you're doing, you can also guarantee getting the result you want from your breeding project. Because the end result can't duplicate itself and there was an actual cost associated with making it, competitives are worth a decent amount of in-game money. If you're trying to breed for a shiny, it also costs more than just your time to hatch the number of eggs it's likely to require, keeping the rares a bit more special. Sinking money and other resources like breeders is extremely important in an MMO setting to keep inflation in check. While it's fine in the single player games, the original breeding system is extremely destructive to introduce to an MMO economy and won't ever be coming back.

What is the point in playing endgame PvP if it isnt providing the best rewards? Every single other MMO rewards players who participate in PvP with the best rewards available. Being a top PvPer always rewards the best PVP gear and the best looking vanity items/mounts. The argument of 4x25 being usable is stupid, because yes its usable but any self respecting PvP player is going to make sure they have the BEST gear/pokemon. It isnt debatable that a person using a team full of 4x25s is at a disadvantage from the off against anyone using a perfect team. I can breed a pokemon better than the prizes given out in less than an hour, and the shinies are predominantly among the most common. When will this change? And if never please provide a good reason why? The rarity/economy argument can hardly be made given how flooded the market is and gift shinies being a thing

So, everything is in the title, i thought about leaving mmo, but it seem that i have still a good amount of free time left, i'd like to make something out of it, i'm not interessted in making much money anymore (well let's face it i don't wan't to loose anything either), But the thing is i'd like to make a raffle fair and affordable for everyone So the real price of this milo would be arround 90m and let's face it a raffle at 2-3m each ticket is totaly pooped so i would love to know if a raffle with one ticket per person at 500k would be a good idea, it's not that much money, everyone have the same chance to win it and it's affordable for most people The raffle would be hold by a higher staff (i talked with @Bearminatorand he would be alright to hold it) SO tell me if a 200 raffle ticket with 500k per ticket and ONLY one ticket per person is a good idea or not. I hope to hear about you guys opinion soon.

I have a better idea. Turn MMO into a gacha Pokemon game, where only 6* Characters Pokemon can achieve 6x31. Similarly, 5* Pokemon can only possess 5x31, and so on.

This is absolutely misleading. First of all outspeeding 2/3 of the tier makes no sense cause you are mixing offensive with defensive pokemon alike. So that number is pretty irrelevant. Second of all, out of those 12 pokemon, only 5 are unable to ohko Porygon-z, 2 of them having a really high chance to do it after rock damage. (And I'm already removing stuff like band crobat out of equation cause its not simply used) This is honestly the same as saying cofagrigus fails to stop conkeldurr reliably cause ice punch can freeze. Now regarding metashift some people are claiming about: While p-z has some impact on it, I don't think we can forget jellicent just moved up, pretty much unlocking stuff like fighting spam, pressuring vaporeon hard to deal into water types, as well as leading to a rise of dusclops, that for itself allows many other things to rise because they can abuse it. Also UU received 2 pokemon that deal with the previously #1 used Pokemon by a large margin, Rotom-h. Because of this I believe tier would unmistakenly shift hard one way or another, and p-z just added an extra layer of chaos there that we need to wait to see how players will adapt. And finally addressing Porygon-z, It is a wallbreaker so I can't see why having 'Only' 5 answers is a bad thing. It breaks wall, it is its job. A wallbreaker that wouldn't break walls wouldn't be a wallbreaker at all. As some people pointed, Porygon-z is strong vs offense? No, offense is the worst matchup for Porygon-z actually, mostly because what I said in my paragraph. Tldr; Please give it time.
