@MightyMichele First of all, you must really hate fun. And even more when other people are trying to have fun. This on its own should be enough to sum up everything you just said. But drawing real-life economy comparisons like "no free lunch" to fan-made online Pokemon game isn't only ridiculous but also kinda sad. This game isn't real life, I hate to break it to you. Even if for whatever reason you wanted the economy of PokeMMO to be a simulation of real life in any way, you have like 100 bigger issues you should fix in MMO economy that are far more illogical than the concept of "Random battles". So don't even start that whole argument. I wouldn't even need to defend Randoms because obviously what you just suggested about having to pay for Randoms or being event-limited will never happen but I am going to anyway - Random battles is a great way to allow new players to try playing competitive Pokemon before they need to invest time and effort to it to see if they would enjoy it. This was also discovered in Pokemon Showdown, where people don't even need to breed and raise Pokemon. In PokeMMO environment Randoms is arguably even more important because there is even bigger cost of getting all the resources to raise something you will find out you didn't enjoy after all.

Please do not tarnish someone else's thread with accusations. I've personally had a glance at both and they're not close enough to discredit this thread. Sun in BW, or more so weather in general, was broken because it lasted the entire battle not just a set amount of turns. Not really compariable to MMO.

All weathers are broken on BW (Except Hail because it's hail, nothing to say)because they're permanent. But on MMO, sun never was a issue on OU and even with new HA, the situation is the same

This is a great solution for cases where every box is full or all but one box is full and that last box is 80% full.

I like this idea, people should have this option but not to expand all the way to 1000 players. and having it being purchasable via rp isnt entirely unfair since ppl can purchase rp tickets from the gtl.so i dont rlly undersand why ppl are fussing over it

Hi, Idk if this have been suggested before, I did a fast search but I couldn't find anything on it. I would like to be able to move boxes around in the computer, for example: Drag and drop box 5 into the place were box 1 is currently located, moving all the pokémon along with it. This would be very useful for egg shunting among other things. Thank you.

Very simple, yet it would be much appreciated/convenient to be able to do so for certain cases.

Here's another example: Lets say that you're catching Dittos and you want them to go into your Ditto box straight away, just drag and drop your Ditto box into slot 1. Another: Emptying your mailbox, they always end up in the first box, now you can move the box you want them to end up in into slot 1.

I would use yawn over spore. If you use False swipe + spore, ditto already has the first sleep turn in the second turn. If you use yawn + false swipe, ditto has its first sleep turn in the third turn.

If i may......maybe i can provide a bit of insight, from a "non-OG" player. If youre not a fan of reading...allow me to sum it up; "TLDR-Rare vanities are a big grind, but come with a very big reward" My intention here, is to hopefully sway your opinion and encourage you to begin one of these "coveted vanity" hunts yourself. Months later, i still log on, see my guy and go "yes. Yes...well done little pokemon avatar. We did it". It is a hunt that i place above any shiny. And sure some OGs might chuckle and say "hehehe OT shinies>all else" but as a player who never had the opportunity to obtain a desu coat...a flame mask...a kyu hat...ghost costume...jack mask. Anybody can go shiny hunt a cyndaquil. New ones are created all the time. New electric storms dont just show up every day. Hunting one. And finally getting it. Is worth every bit of work along the way I started this game 4 years ago. When i first saw a ghost costume, i went. Wow. Okay. Idk why. But i want that. Im gonna get me that. How much is it??? Okay nvm. I guess thats unobtainium Fast forward a few months....and i had enough. I wanted one so bad. I just decided thats it. Everything i do, from this point forward, is an advancement to make a slightly better offer for a ghost costume than yesterday. And each day (week)1 gym run at a time, the offer got better. Of course for months and months. My noob offers were nothing close to what one would expect to recieve for a half a billion (at the time) vanity. As my weak offers were rejected. The value only got higher and higher. It seemed to be in the realm of the impossible. But still. I collected 2 or 3 of this. 2 or 3 of that. Particle dittos, event boxes, RP purchased in the low times. Anything and everything of value. Went into the "pile" for a ghost costume. And finally, around 3 months ago, i finally found someone willing to trade this one single vanity for my pile of valuables. From player that has grown from "thats impossible" to "wow. I finally. Finally. Did it"....i must agree that releasing them over again, even if its a 10 year gap, would not only be extremely disrespectful to older, loyal players. It would also be very annoying to the players who have made the grind themselves, and in that resepect, unfair to the new players that would miss out on the value of reaching your impossible goals. If youre still here reading....hopefully i have at least opened up a new window of perspective as to why these vanities wont (and shouldnt) be released again. And i double down on the fact that, the sooner you begin your "coveted hunt", the less you will have to pay. Year after year these things get rarer sure, but that also makes the climb harder and the taste of victory that much sweeter. Savour your cake. Sorry for the rant ♡ love you all

the things i found that make it work is make sure its in windowed mode, ui scale on 1.0 and make sure only english language is check marked. and when you open the GEC app you should see a black command prompt type of box appear which means its connecting to your client. if you dont see that box its not going to work.
