Just to clarify, this event will run twice (once at 9:30AM ET, and again at 3PM ET). This means that the capture event windows are 9:30AM-11:30AM ET and 3PM-5PM ET. You may not sign up for more than one PVP tournament but are allowed to change the tier you participate in for the next event (Ex. ProfesorEinstein may sign up for OU for the 9:30AM event and UU for the 3PM one, just not multiple at the same time. He may participate in the catching during both event times though)
