How to change the sprite in pokemmo mod? Can you help me?

How do I turn off DS sprites? Where is it? I could not find ds sprite in option menu

Today, I used Advanced Pokémon Sprite Editor. 254*64 size. 1. edit 2. import all 3. synchronise palettes 1. write to rom 2. find free space 3. ok But... What happen? Did I make a mistake?

Pokemon #1 has too many colours in its pallette! please make sure that the combined amount of colours in the front and back sprites is 16 or less, for both normal and shiny. What's mean? Do I have to modify this sprites?
