1. I haven't watched code geass but I've watch the abridged version. I'M AT SOUP.
2. The only animes I've ever enjoyed and actually watched through are DBZ and Attack on Titan. And Attack on Titan is the only manga I've ever been compelled to read.
3. It's literally just the same thing over and over again phrased differently. "We're joking as friends" "don't immediately lock everything" etc, etc. It's like in high school when you wrote a paragraph that basically had the same point in every sentence. They're good points, we've jsut been hearing them since day 1.
4. The off topic suggestion thread in a nutshell now:
5. What the hell are you even talking about
6. I'm at work and I'm really fuckin bored
7. os why am I not cool enough to be in your sig? I did a thing once.
8. Every page is the murica page if you just believe tfw all the popular music videos on the front page of youtube are pieces of shit
9. Mods: "Give us suggestions for what kind of content should be allowed in OT" OT regulars: EDIT: Page king. Rule for this page, don't be a

10. I leave town for a couple days and OT still isn't up. How long does it take to set new rules for a goddamn internet forum?
11.
Only did this to complete my bad joke that nobody remembers
I see the mods are alive and well in the suggestion thread too. A few legitimate posts have been removed.
12. Copied from the other thread: Here's how I envision a good OT: 1. Our general chat thread, whether it's laidback zone or something else. 2. The ability to make joke threads on occasion without being locked because they don't have what's considered "good" discussion 3. Threads like the music discussion thread, E3 thread, etc. where we had legitimate discussion about things It's really simple. Let us have our fun without it getting out of hand. Obviously close threads that are completely inappropriate, but use some discretion when you see a thread like the OT best posts thread or the relationship advice thread.
13. That's kinda what happened way back when before OT 2.0. OT was almost free range to post anything. Of course, there was some legitimate shit there, and the mods came down on OT like a sack of bricks and seriously changed the rules. The perfect OT should be somewhere between then and now.
14. He's gonna show up to this thread tomorrow and we'll all just be looking at him like

16. Honestly, Daft is one of the better mods I've seen in this forum or any forum for that matter. I've never seen a forum mod come down off their pedestal to even consider what regular users had to say before. He just made a bad call and things got a little out of hand. But I'm glad we're restructuring OT. I hope it's more of a balance of what the users and mods want and not just addition of more rules.
17. Third suggestion: Resurrect ThinkNice.
18. Free thread to shitpost in GD for a little while?
19. Who wants to take bets on how long this thread will stay up? I'm giving it another half hour tops.
20. Maybe we'll wake up one morning and we'll be back to OT 1.0. Maybe this was all just a bad dream.
21. OT is locked down. Shit, now I have to go DO something.
