  1. Hi! This mod is very heavy and it usually takes a couple minutes to finish uploading. You need to wait until it's complete. The cancelled upload caused this issue. To fix this, you will need to clear the data of the app. Make sure you remember your username and password before doing that, since this will delete the data saved on login.   6. Alright, I see people are very emotional in this thread and I want to make a few things clear. Your first punishment was a warning about inappropriate chat in June 2022 and later for spam. You proceeded to be muted multiple times during this and last year for inappropriate chat, including political discussions and racist comments. I'm not sure how many more hints you would need to be aware you should improve your behavior. Instead of learning from the previous punishments, you decided to be an even worse person and add some "joke" about pedophilia in your team recruitment message. You don't need to be very bright to realize that in a game where we have minors playing, we would not tolerate pedophilia, being it a "joke" or not. Given your history, the severity of this message and the fact that you did not learn at all with the previous punishments, we made the decision to permanently ban your account. You are still allowed to play in a new account, which is as nice as we are willing to be for someone who claims to be a pedophile and/or makes "jokes" about it. But if you continue this behavior in other platforms or in game again, you will not be welcome in our community anymore. We don't care where the person is from or how long they are playing, how much they donated or whatever variant you want to add there as an excuse or free pass for poor and disrespectful behavior. If they break the rules, they will be punished accordingly. Nobody gets special treatment. The decision about this ban and appeal was made and the ban will not be reverted.   8. Have you tried restarting your device and your modem? If this doesn't help, I'd recommend you to try your device in a different internet to see if the problem persists. If it persists, it's probably something in your device causing this.

  11. Hi, You can login on support.pokemmo.com with your game account and make a support request on "character recovery" if the character was deleted less than 3 months ago. If it doesn't work, test playing with a different device with the same internet or with a different internet in your device, if you have the possibility. That way you can isolate the problem.

We will try contacting them as well if we get confirmation the problem still persists. What happened with your ticket on our support was that you sent a ticket saying the same you said on your thread And I had already answered you. There isn't much else we can do to help at the moment other than just ask players to also contact Signulous, I'm sorry.

  19. Hi, Currently we do not have enough moderators for most of the languages to include one more platform specific for their language. It's not a matter that we don't think about it or we don't have the developers for it, we just don't have the manpower to maintain it. Our staff members are volunteers and have their irl to deal with as well. While the EN forum can be moderated by everyone in staff, language-specific forums would depend on specific moderators. It's not something we are ready to do yet. Maybe in the future, who knows. 🙂
