  11. Usually in these cases we recommend to create a new account if they don't have an alt and contact us on support as Edwardinho mentioned. We can't help with account issues outside of our support platform, so it's fine to do this. ^^ About the issue the thread is about, not always we are able to help in case the user doesn't have access to the email registered in the account and doesn't remember the account's credentials, but with a request in out support platform, I can take a look to see if it's possible to help in some way.   15. From those options, definitely Sinnoh. It's a huge region with lots of nice places to see and it has the cutest mons. If I'd choose from all existent regions, Kalos would be the one I would go, and I would sell my house if needed to have a pet Tyrantrum. I love dinos.

  23. The only reason why a character in the list can't be selected for recovery is if it was deleted more than 3 months ago. I see you use similar names for all your characters, so please make sure you are selecting the correct one for recovery. Also before making this request, make sure you have a slot available for the character to be recovered. We can't proceed with the request if you already have 3 characters in your account or if the name of the deleted character is already in use. Thanks!
