Appeal for Account Ban

Dear Pokemmo Official Customer Service Team,

Hello! As a loyal player of Pokemmo, I’m writing this appeal with anxiety and sadness. I recently found my account banned, but I confirm that I have never violated any game rules. Please accept my apologies for the disturbance, and I hope you can review my case carefully.

Over the past three months, due to heavy academic commitments, I had no time to log in. Today, when I finally tried to return to the game, I was shocked to see a ban notification. I’ve always strictly followed all rules—never using cheats, hacks, or engaging in fraudulent trades, inappropriate remarks, or any other violations. This ban has left me confused, as I’ve always cherished the game’s fair-play environment.

I truly love Pokemmo. It has brought me countless happy memories—exploring new regions, catching Pokémon, and collaborating with other players. I understand the ban aims to maintain fairness, and I fully support this mission. However, I believe there must be a misunderstanding in my case. To prove my innocence, I’m willing to cooperate fully with any investigation—providing login records, game screenshots, or any other evidence needed. I sincerely hope you can verify my compliance and lift the ban as soon as possible.

May I suggest adding a little pop-up where for every route, it shows what pokemon you can get. And you can also click on each Pokemon which will bring you to the Pokedex.

We will soon be implementing name expiration for inactive characters. An inactive character may have their name claimed by another user if they meet all of the following conditions:
 
Has never purchased Reward Points.
Has not reached max level cap in all available regions.
Has no shiny OT monsters.
Is inactive.
Is not banned.
 
Being inactive is based on a character's last online time and total played time:
 
100+ hours of played time:
Will not be considered inactive.
60-99 hours of played time:
Last online over 4 years ago.
48-59 hours of played time:
Last online over 3 years ago.
24-47 hours of played time:
Last online over 2 year ago.
6-23 hours of played time:
Last online over 1 year ago.
<6 hours of played time:
Last online over 6 months ago.
 
For the first month the conditions are met, only a Name Change Contract may be used to claim an expired name.
 
If your character's name has been claimed by another user, you will have to choose a new name to continue playing. It is not possible for staff to recover your name. Attempting to buy or sell character names will result in a permanent ban.
 
Name expiration will begin on June 1st at 00:00 UTC for Name Change Contracts.

I know it is, and I think unless the TC decides to finally wake up, its gonna stay this way, sure releasing the entire BL into UU was fun for a bit, and it did introduce more variety in a sense, but watch it go back to how it was overtime. There should be better incentives for people to split between tiers, better rewards on the pvp battlepass or wtv you want to call it to make it worthwhile and at least equal to pve or slightly worst (but given the investment it requires, being equal would be fine).

A potential solution might be to switch the seasons in which they come out from year to year. They currently rotate of course, but its always the same set of hats for the corresponding season. This could allow players to potentially get their "lucario hat" or "slowking hat" in the summer seasons instead, without having to add wierd bonus points to lower tiers that help compensate low pvp activity times during events. Maybe even shuffle what tier gives the respective hat. Such as one year OU gives the tentacruel hat, the next year its NU that gives the tentacruel hat. Im not sure how difficult/likely that change is to implement though. Just some food for thought

With the state of the lower tiers and format, its gonna be a problem all year, not just autumn, but providing bonus over OU or randoms is detrimental as a whole aswell

i agree. took me a lot of waiting in the queue grinding for the UU and NU hats before. Especially now with the RD tier, it's almost impossible to find a game.

If you want the PvP hat try not sucking at PvP.  That’s how I got mine.

In all seriousness though I agree with OP that because it is difficult to even cue for NU and UU games there should be some sort of buff to balance this out.

pvp hats so hard to finish in fall season, should there b some type of bonus point gains for all the lost time during hallo and soon christmas event? (not talking about OU or RD)

new cosmetics in the game, I think its time for one last fashion contest!
One last time to impress me, the other judges and the community

Tips:
 
It's important to note that we won't judge the most expensive or rare outfit, but rather the most creative Screenshot. That means throwing together your most expensive cosmetics won't give you an advantage over newer players.
 
Making your outfit halloween themed could be really helpful this time around   
Use a nice follower and location that go well with your outfit, or grab yourself some friends to pose with  
Use the in-game screenshot and "Hide GUI" option (you can find them in your control settings)  
You can crop your screenshot! Mobile users can use it to hide the GUI   
You can add some lore or write something to make your picture more unique  
You can reuse older screenshots from similar events (also from my last contests) (except the winners of my other contests ofc! :3)

REJUVENATED
 
This is a theme I've been slowly working on over the past month. It takes a large amount of inspiration (and a few assets, mainly Pokemon card backgrounds) from a fangame called Pokemon Rejuvenation, hence the theme name.
The theme comes with a bunch of variants, which only change the background of the Pokemon card. The "Dark Forest" is the one I use the most, I think it looks the best.
 
This is my first theme, hope you guys enjoy it!

He simply asked if there was going to be shiny rate buff like last year. And afaik shiny hunters is on par if not > than the pvp community right now. Seriously.. how many people took part in that shiny event. Thousands. If you're a shiny hunter this is absolutely something you would want so he just might be speaking for the "majority".
 
Edit: As far as pve goes we might get something special this end year. I have a feeling we'll get the elf dungeons back and then of course more raid content.

I guess this year's halloween is the worst since i ve expérienced the Last years' halloweens
The scolipede raid is à nasty battle
Full of bad odds
Come on guys
Spikes couldn't be cleared (you need to rapid spin in à row) 
Rock slide flinches
Hypnosis (Can make two pokes asleep) 
Megahorns practically never miss and Those criticals man
Many Paralysis 
This made raid battles a hell
What about New players Who are experiencing their first time on halloween (frustration, diabete, high blood pressure) u succeed in 0.2% hp scolipede and he kills you lol 
First of all they can't use level50 pokes, for that, théy need to spend money to get some (buy from gtl or buy items for levelling)
The event is a variety of funny stages (pumpcat, raid, swarms, boss) but the boss farming thing is nerfed
It was meant to nerf normal goodie bags farming (special candy prices are high) we used to buy special candies and fight boss (the main halloween activity was based on this)
you can only use one account for grinding, you got no advantage for other alts
The farm is cap, in one hour you can' t exceed more than 800k, at max 1m per hour, and it is based on rngesus not strat

(better trigger the wishing Stone and strange chunks for something good) 

Are you going to buy an  Orange Flaming Motorcycle from the ingame shop? (with RP)?
In that case STOP! Buy the Blue Flaming Motorcycle instead!
I really want the Blue bike, so I will trade you the Orange one for it (both bikes cost the same, 1000RP) plus a bonus of 250k pokeyen for the hassle (or something else/more we can agree on).

In short, this is a dark theme with pastel colors
 
This is a PC theme so it won't work on phones. There is a mobile version of this theme here
 
Be careful, the installation process of all themes has changed since the Halloween 2024 update, so make sure to read the new installation process down below. (Themes now go in the mods folder, not in the themes folder like before)
 
This theme is based on the open source Catppuccin Theme, which is a soothing pastel theme (Find out more here if curious: LINK). It has four different color palettes and I implemented the Mocha one, which is the darkest theme. This is no official port of the Catppuccin theme by any means. If you really like the look of Catppuccin, then feel free to check out other ports for other applications here: LINK

How to update
Same as first installation down below, but it's recommended to first delete any older version of this theme in your mods folder (because your game can only have one version of the same theme/mod active at the same time)
 
 
First installation
Note: You can put the Theme Mod in your pokemmo mods folder as a zip or as an unzipped folder. If you don't want to customize this theme, then you don't need to unzip.
 
Download the theme Zip file Paste the Zip file into your Pokemmo mods folder (e.g. ...\pokemmo\data\mods\PASTE IN HERE.zip) (Optional: If you intend to customize this theme, then extract the zip file. Then make sure that inside your pokemmo mods folder you have the extracted mod folder like "Mod-Catppuccin-Mocha-x.x". Then delete the zip file so the mod won't show up twice later in game) Launch Pokemmo Don't login yet. Click the button on the right "Mod management" Find and activate the theme mod by ticking it with the check mark Click the "Save" button and the game will prompt you to restart for changes to apply After restarting the game, you can select your new theme (like before the update): Go to "Settings" -> "Interface" -> In "Theme" select your new theme
