I checked your ticket, and you indeed report one specific player you had observed for botting, and described the issue with botting in general with some information about it.
The answer you received in the support section was appropriate. The technical support is not the correct place for this.


I am also reading your report and the answer given to you, and your concerns were addressed. We informed you we would investigate the player you mentioned, we answered everything we could from your questions and concerns, gave all the information we could give, and explained there are things we cannot disclose about our investigation methods. I fail to see what else you believe could have been said there, unless you wanted specific information we cannot give.

Aside from what Revz already addressed about support, I would also like to address the:

The staff working on support is not involved with the development of the game. We cannot do anything with suggestions for the game there. The Suggestion Box in the forum is the appropriate place to show your ideas for the people involved with it, and I assure you they are seen. If you want to provide feedback or ideas about the game, you would want to do that for the developers, not for the support staff.

As we said in your report's answer, we are aware of the issues you reported and we already do take measures against it. We just can't give any specific information about it.

To win 1st-3rd places that are sorted by high to low, you need to submit an entry that scores the highest
To win 4th place you need to submit an entry that scores the lowest
You can only submit one entry
Players can enter the event with only one account/character.
All Pokémon must be caught within the event time and at the event location
All Pokémon must remain unchanged (untrained/unevolved...)
Evolved or unevolved forms of the listed Pokémon will not be accepted as a valid entry
You must be the OT of the Pokémon
In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by earliest catch time

We will soon be implementing name expiration for inactive characters. An inactive character may have their name claimed by another user if they meet all of the following conditions:
 
Has never purchased Reward Points.
Has not reached max level cap in all available regions.
Has no shiny OT monsters.
Is inactive.
Is not banned.
 
Being inactive is based on a character's last online time and total played time:
 
100+ hours of played time:
Will not be considered inactive.
60-99 hours of played time:
Last online over 4 years ago.
48-59 hours of played time:
Last online over 3 years ago.
24-47 hours of played time:
Last online over 2 year ago.
6-23 hours of played time:
Last online over 1 year ago.
<6 hours of played time:
Last online over 6 months ago.
 
For the first month the conditions are met, only a Name Change Contract may be used to claim an expired name.
 
If your character's name has been claimed by another user, you will have to choose a new name to continue playing. It is not possible for staff to recover your name. Attempting to buy or sell character names will result in a permanent ban.

Have you had the question about the listings of where certain pokemon are located? For a few years, I had multiple requests asking me to make a guide regarding this topic. After careful thought about my approach on how to construct this guide, this is the approach I came up with. This guide also cites items that a pokemon can hold for those that enjoy Thief Farming. Even though Hordes, Honey Tree Pokemon, and Phenomena are listed in this guide, I should note that, there are separate guides for Phenomena Locations, EV Training Hordes, Honey Trees and Swarms. There are Hordes cited for pokemon that can only appear during the certain times of day. Without further ado, lets explore all the locations together!
 
It should be stated that, Lure Locations are listed in this guide. However, there is a well put together Lure Location Guide written by @MustangCZ that can help you with this matter. The pokemon exclusive to Lure Locations are Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Charmander, Charmeleon, Squirtle, Wartortle, Chikorita, Bayleef, Cyndaquil, Quilava, Totodile, Croconaw, Treecko, Grovyle, Torchic, Combusken, Mudkip, Marshtomp, Turtwig, Grotle, Chimchar, Monferno, Piplup, Prinplup, Snivy, Servine, Tepig, Pignite, Oshawott, Dewott, Togepi, Togetic, Togekiss, and Rotom.

Rocks (Anything that can be encountered by using Rock Smash): It should be noted that there is a chance for any pokemon here can carry a Fossil. Since this is implied for every pokemon, each fossil is not listed.
 
Water (Anything that can be encountered by Surfing): 
 
Old Rod (Anything that can be encountered by using an Old Rod):

Lure Colors (Grass, Water, Cave, Building, Underwater Seaweed, Dark Grass): If there is a * by the Pokemon's name, then this pokemon can only be found by catching it in a Lure.

The Q&A subforum mode is no longer supported in this version of the forum software. We don't develop it ourselves, so can't bring it back.

Although voting was helpful to draw attention to certain threads, it didn't significantly impact a suggestion's chance of implementation, partially due to how easy it was to ask friends / teammates to click the button. I regularly browse new threads in the section and if I like something I see, I add it to the to-do list regardless of the number of votes it has. Although it often takes a while for them to be given attention afterwards, every suggestion is seen and considered, and the lack of voting won't change that.

If you want to boost a suggestion's chance of implementation, constructive posts which attempt to improve it are also read and taken into account. If you just want to show quick support, a 👍 reaction is the best way to do that, and I do look at the number of those too. Low content posts like "+1" only clutter the thread and make it harder for useful discussion to happen.
