Its not about money, its a fee so third person / ingame signup doesnt become the norm.

What I'm saying is, after w4 almost any decision could have an impact on the whole standings; thus, every decsion would be a conflict of interest.

@gbwead can we seriously consider not allowing this please. pretty much any controversial decision after w4 will most likely affect most of the standings, obviously generating a conflict of interest for small council members that would be playing.
