Hi my fishing friend, starting to fish in early february or late january 2020 (i dont remember exactly) to get this drattini shiny ! Trying 2 different spot to fully enjoy the place where i fish. about to reach 220k solo encounter at the end of the week i guess and this make me feel so happy !!!!

Must be someone known AND trusted by the pvp community , can write well in english and also someone who knows how to deal with all the shittalk and drama during the event without leaving his post in the first 2 weeks of the event like last world cup ! It still be a very dangerous cleaner/sweeper after a nastyplot but the real problem is his almost inexistant bulk so i tried to make it easier to set up. Umbreon: the best friend for alakazam, wanted to find a pokemon who can easily set a sub and use batton pass to alakazam to not use the sash on the switch in. Empoleon: needed to have a strong defoger since i run focus sash on alakazam. can toxic some special wall that can be ennoying for alakazam. Also ,p2 still a real probleme in this tier and knowk of can be really usefull to knock the p2's eviolite or some scarf mon that can outspeed Alakazam. EV spread: outspeed P2 with few speed Rotom: with some weakness to fight and ground , i needed something that can check these 2 kind of type. Also have a lack of momentum with the 3 first mon something that can use volt switch or uturn isnt a bad idea. Since we dont have ghost type that can easily keep momentum , i choose this little rotom to get all these job done at one time. Gliglar: since the team still weak to fight type move , i decided to take another fighting resist with me, also i didnt have any volt switch immunity and no stealth rock. The EV spread is to resist to hidden power ice from rotom heat specs. Porygon Z: thinking about an UU team without him kekw. Can spam tri-attack with the metronome and can also come easily with umbreon's sub.

Yo , so i would like to talk seriously about tier council in pokemmo. I didnt see any place to do that and that's why i do this in this section (i hope we will have a "staff review" section in the forum it could be a great idea). I would like to keep this topic serious and respectfull ! Before starting you just need to know i play since 2018 and im a SIA member so my opinion can be a little bit biased because some of the TC member come from my team! Now we can start :D So the actual TC is composed by: BurntZebra Mkns Tyrone xXBlu3BreathXx Stelian Pachima DoubleJ MadaraSixSix Lunarck I will give my opinion about each member with what i know from them BurntZebra: I never see him played , i guess he was playing before i joined the game but there is no point to let someone be TC if he doesnt actively play the game. Mkns: Play a lot the game (tournament, ranked , unofficial) have a great knowledge about the game and in every tier. Can debate about everything know what he is talking about ! Can be good in a overall TC or in specialized TC for one tier Tyrone: same as burntzebra. xXBlu3BreathXx: I saw him a few times but not enough to say if he still care about the pvp meta in pokemmo Stelian: Play a lot the game , have a knowledge about the game and in multiple tier. As i know him in team chat/discord he doesnt like when someone disagree with him but he still continue to debate. IMO if he invests himself he can be a good overall TC. Pachima: Play the game (a lot ?), have a great knowledge about the game in a lot of tier (except dubs ?), i have seen him debate a lot (on forum, discord ) but sometimes i feel like he remains too much and his opinion and dont listen on the other side. Can be good in a overall TC DoubleJ: Play the game (only unofficial). Never see him played other things than OU (maybe playing other tier in the past?). But most of time he is really pleasant to read in debate wont add wrong things to the debate. This is a good exemple of someone who cant be an overall TC but can be good in an OU only TC. MadaraSixSix: Play a lot the game. Play all tier and have a really great knowledge about the game (and an actual top player in each tier and maybe the most complete player to actually play the game). Can debate easily but need to use translator to understand and say what he need to say perfectly. Can be a really good overall TC and also a good OU/UU/NU TC. Lunarck: Play the game (but do less pvp than before). Can play all tier but is mainly OU and 10 times better in this tier than other. Have a great knowledge in OU. Can debate easily and wont say something if he knows he doesnt have the knowledge needed to speak about it. Can be a good OU TC but IMO not enough to be a overall TC. The actual TC in pokemmo is an overall TC composed by some great player , some afk guys and and some "one tier player". As we can see there arent that much dubs player excepted Mkns in the tier council and this is a problem. For an overall TC the preference is to have great player who can play in (almost) every tier and know what are the actual meta of pokemmo (in 2021 not in 2016). But an overall TC is in my opinion somthing wrong in the developpement of the pvp community in the game. We need tier-based TC for each tier : a system with 3 or 5 TC member for each tier (3 is better imo because 5 is too much for our small community) and 3 overall TC so when something come to debate and up to a vote , the 3 TC member of the tier and the 3 overall TC will have to vote and one 7th vote from the community. Something else i would like to say is : the fact that some TC member come from the same team is irrelevant when they have to debate about the current meta they will do their job as TC member. We dont have the same opinion just because we come from the same team. As i know , madara ,mkns , gbwead, lunarck and stelian dont run the same kind of team in tournament so it means they have different opinion about what is broken or not in some tier. Also what we need to have is a "community spot" in the TC so when somthing goes to a vote , the community can have a small influence on it because this is also the community that plays the game and not only the tier council ! One last thing , when something is decided from TC , it can be nice to see the thought from TC member and see who have vote for the ban or the unban of something. Yo , so we are Sunday and the only thing we got to do is a poor OU tournament with ONLY 64 place in a hours where american /south american people are still sleeping or just woke up (and obviously not a shiny for price kekw). - Can we at least increase the number of player that can enter in sunday tournament ? I mean that's the only days where people who are working during the week can play all the day and it's frustrating to be 55/48 in the queue because it's the most popular tier and it's only 64 place - Can we increase the number of tournament during the weekend ? - if we cant increase the number of tournament during the weekend , can we atleast have a time where "everyone" can play (i know not every timezone can play at the same time but we cant delete a big part of the community with tournament at 8-9am for them) i wont speak about rewards here because other people already do. I really hope it will change in the futur
