We had a discuss about it but it’s a Mon unstable in the actual meta game that can 2hko or 1hko most of meta mons that are here but as we did with Venomoth they could try to drop it and test
Also @Munyawith the Swampert rate isn’t him coming to NU?
nope, its at 3.77, needs to be below 3.75.

Nope, 4.6, need to be above 4.75

Going into a new season, 4.75% to go up, 3.75% to go down. Usage at the time of this post dictates movements.
To OU from UU:
Empoleon - 6.14% Usage
To UU from OU:Salamence - 3.32% usage
Bronzong - 3.73% usage
Mandibuzz 3.23% usage
To NU from UU:
Blaziken - 3.6% usage
Moltres - 2.14% usage
Gigalith - 3.66% usage
Zoroark - 3.66% usage
As usual, discuss whatever in the tiers you think needs discussing.
We are also looking for a new TC member, if you have an open application please reply to it to renew it or send a new one if you haven't before.

I feel like we are starting to stray a little too far from the topic of MMOs OU, lets reel it in some.

Do you have any information on what you and your teammates normally do during your run that I can have? This is not a issue that has been ignored, it is a issue that I have not been able to reproduce based off of information given. Also keep in mind every time a new piece of information is given, especially for this event, several hours at a time are required to go through and test that one potential thing that may not always pan out.
Please make bug reports here in the future

"You don't play the tier" is not an argument as you do not know what another player does or doesn't do and only pushes players away from wanting to comment on the thread, please leave these types of arguments out of the discussion. Go after their logic/arguments, not what you think they do or don't play. I will be removing posts that base there arguments off of these types of statements in the future.

Rhyperior was discussed/reviewed near the end of last month and was decided to be kept BL.
-
After some consideration, it would be irresponsible to drop Vaporeon(assuming its even voted to be tested, no vote has been had) during the seasonal month so if it happened it wouldn't be this month.
- Godhelll, vaguelylistless, RysPicz and 2 others

Going into the final month of the season, 2.5% usage and lower to go down, 6 and up to move up.
Nothing changes.
The Dugtrio vote will also be concluding on the 29th, at which point I will post here the verdict on it, if anyone still wants to try and sway votes you can do so here:I have also opened up the review on the Vaporeon ban since we got sidetracked on the reviews, and its a relevant mon based on usage drops currently.

Shouldn't the council be odd numbered to prevent locks?
If it were an odd number it would require a vote of 5-2 to pass and it still wouldn't. 1 vote difference isn't enough to pass a vote with current rules. Needs to be at least 2.

It was planned to have a timer but it didn't make it into the initial release unfortunately.

Are one of these players you or are you spectating someone else? Tooltips appear to be working fine for me(see screenshots). Also please make bug reports @ https://support.pokemmo.com/ as it will ensure they get seen, it may not be today as things are pretty overwhelmed atm but they will get seen soon enough.

Light screen and Reflect are temporarily banned from PvP until a fix is deployed for them.

Votes don't happen immediately, some votes can take days to happen. They are going to have to make a thread anyway for it to be banned and I am not comfortable having bans where input isn't taken at all. Reading arguments and accepting the possibility that they might be wrong on some view given the right argument should be something every TC member is willing to do, being rigid and unmoving is not a good thing because then discussion would entirely be pointless.
Splitting the policy also causes other complications, then we need to decide does it need a quick ban vote or a normal vote which is its own problem and delays things further. All of it being in one makes the policy easier to follow and mistakes less likely to be made.
-
So you would prefer a quick ban to be issued without allowing the community to have any input whatsoever? Thats the vibe I am getting here since this insures they at least have an opportunity.
-
Even in the old policy a thread had to be opened for a quick ban to say that a ban was immanent/likely to happen, this just streamlined the process.

Standard Ban:
TC votes 5-1, the thread stays open for a full week and players discuss for no reason because the voting already occured.Quick Ban:
TC votes 6-0, the thread gets closed instantly and the discussion is over.
What's the difference? Players have no say regardless, quick ban or standard ban. This doesn't make sense.
Those votes are not considered final/locked in the case of a standard ban, they can be changed by the arguments presented here and those that voted are able to swap those votes. They don't make a vote and its locked in unless its unanimous, in which case there is enough support that any further discussion would be pointless

I hope this is a typo because Dugtrio has been in OU for years. The option to quick ban has been out of the window for a long time. This should obviously fall into standard process, not quick ban.
Quick ban and standard ban process has been merged into one process. A quick ban happens when a vote during a standard ban reaches a unanimous vote and bypasses the time restrictions needed for a standard ban. A standard ban requires at least one week of the thread being up and has a more lenient voting requirement.
-
There is a quick ban vote going on as per policy, thanks for reminding me. Unless it gets a unanimous vote though this thread will be open for a minimum of a week.
If it ends up banned something will surely happen to either dugtrio or its ability to try and make it useable in OU, what that is I don't know at this time. My focus is on if its even bannable as its been a topic people seem to have been afraid to touch for the longest time.
