O.0 why is the title of this forum not what i posted it as?

Are shiny rates effected by the characters used in trainer name and or trainer ID? i'm almost 3,000 Hours into PokeMMO and never found a shiny. I've had donator for an entire year once and couldn't find one. I basically need to know if i should make a new character if i want any chance of having shiny OT's?

I could be wrong but arent the hands supposed to be the other way around, not reaching for a sword hidden in its shell? ♥ Fix me ♥

I've been playing this game since like 2016 and heard a lot of rumors but the biggest one thats been going around for EVER is legendary dungeons where players could catch and permanently keep the legendary pokemon. Players would have to team up and fight them together, kind of like raid battles! Any news on that develpoment?
