  1. As long as you have less than 2 badges in Kanto, you can grab your starter pokemon and talk to Mom, she will send you back to Sinnoh. Hope this helped.
  2. The only way I've seen people increase their zoom is by either stretching their resolution or making the game-window less vertical. As far as I know there is currently no other way to increase the field of view.

  7. Not sure if this is possible. You would have to add width and height strings to the battle.xml under time-progressbar as it doesn't already exist. The problem is since the XLST sheet is likely secured server-side and not editable by users, it's likely it won't save the configuration. This is also bound to happen with the android theme as the dimensions are way different for obvious reasons. I'd recommend using another theme, or you can look around yourself in the .XML's but I doubt it's possible. Good luck.

  11. What are you trying to find the app folder for? Use an app such as 7Zipper and unzip the client.

  13. The developers plan to add Legendary Dungeons where Legendary / Mythic Pokemon will be catchable. I'd just be patient, there is a lot of thought and work behind the scenes that is needed to get this done and balanced correctly.

You have to wait the ban out - You were originally banned for a Toxic Username, and then changed it to pretty much the exact same name with one letter changed, In the future don't try and work-around staff punishments and you won't be banned again. I can assure you staff do not take personal opinions into account when issuing bans. Have a nice day.

M1 Macs are not officially supported by PokeMMO, that being said a few people have said they managed to get it working on their M1 Mac, but keep in mind you won't receive official support for it, if you are willing you can try these steps to get it running; - Download via - https://pokemmo.eu/downloads/portable/ (Portable Client) Extract this client to your desktop, add the ROM's into the folder -Open Terminal and execute these commands - $ cd Desktop/PokeMMO-Client $ sh PokeMMO.sh This has worked for others, if you find that the game is still not working or gives another error message, install the JDK 11 package from this link - https://adoptopenjdk.net/releases.html Scroll down to the MacOS release and ensure that your OS meets the minimum requirements, then install the corresponding package. Install Java and then make sure it is the correct version by opening Terminal and running java -version Restart your computer and try the first steps again, that's all I can really suggest. If you encounter any other issues you can reply here and I'll try and help the best I can. Good luck.
  18. As far as I'm aware they increase the animation quality of the sprites while in Battle. (Take a look at them moving around, you'll notice that 1x will give you a lower-quality, choppier movement that is similar to the original B/W games.) It's to stop the animation from looking torn when things are rotated and moving. 4x gives a more smooth and responsive animation. I'm not 100% sure if that's all it does, one of the Developers / Staff may be able to go into more detail regarding that. Hope this helped.

As stated above I recommend you contact support, however if you are experienced in troubleshooting Network Issues, you can try ensuring that the following ports are open; TCP 7777 TCP 2106 TCP 80 TCP 443 If you are attempting to connect using a VPN or from a Place of Business such as a school, workplace etc this can result in certain ports being blocked and could be causing your issue. It could also be a network misconfiguration, so try another network if possible to fault-find for your original network. I would also recommend speaking with your ISP who will be able to pinpoint any misconfigurations on either your end or their end. Also ensure that the device you are playing on does not have any restrictions set for an Outbound Firewall that could interact with PokeMMO. It has also been previously documented that a re-installation of the game can fix issues such as these. Best of luck, hope this helped a little.

  23. When I was new - I actually thought I was being smart by using a Old Rod to fish Magikarps who could only splash and kill them, thinking it was some type of exploit that would level up my Pokemon really quick. Ahh, what a innocent child I was. As for my success - Well. I have no idea.
