Skipping tutorials after completing a region would be a mild improvement at best. I doubt it bothers anyone enough to warrent development time. Gym leaders do scale when challenged a second time. Only if the amount of time in between turns stays the same regardless of animations being present. It has to be like that, otherwise a duel between two players with different animation settings wouldn't sync. Would you still disable animations when there is no time benefit?

It will damage the shiny-economy. It will also reduce the amount of people shiny hunting during non-event periods, reducing overall gameplay time. Those downsides are impactful enough to decline your suggestion.

As someone who moderated Round Table during the Hotarubi, shadowgary and jovi highlight days: Bring back Round Table. Moderating Round Table was actually fun, sure it can become hectic during a team-drama, but generally it's just a bunch of banter. It does require a moderator who's close to the community, only those can filter banter from offensiveness, and a moderator who isn't close to the community will quickly overmoderate it and cause annoyance.
