More money for DEVs too as it would encourage more shunting, etc which is a big money sink. Really happy to see such a great suggestion. Event Rate is Fair

Since the thread is on changes in horde topic, I've been hearing a lot of players mention that shiny rate in horde has been nerfed, etc. Is this official too ? If you could please confirm / source or deny this then that'd be great.

Pretty sure the cosmetic was made keeping in mind the general community and not just the few who have the flaming skulls vanity. It's just a bonus that it complements the orange flaming skull too well. Maybe next year they will introduce blue, green, white, etc flames.

You can try horde anywhere, however the Exp yield is super low in Johto in comparison to hordes of other regions.

During the time I played I did not find any good spots in Johto for EVs. I did add one for Sp Atk cause though. Sp Atk: 5 x Flaaffy (10 EVs), 5 x Girafarig (10 EVs), Grass, Route 43, Johto, 100% Sp Atk EV Encounter Johto has some appealing hordes but not many ideal for EVs. If someone else has suggestions / spots they feel would be good enough, do share.

Actually I'm not sure of the exact % anymore either. Would really appreciate it if @Rache or someone else from staff can confirm.

If a pokémon is placed in daycare, it gets like 20% XP of the total XP being grinded in the same region. Time spent or number of steps do not count. Also if you switch to another region and get loads of XP there that won't count either, only a small % of XP earned in the same region is considered.

More hardcore requirements which can be added - 500h+ in-game - Must've caught atleast 1 OT Shiny - 1m+ in pokeyen (guard calls you poor and shoos you away if you have less)

You Sure ? Cause I just checked and I'm still getting around base 6k XP from them. (slightly more if using non OT traded pokemon) But yeah as far the highest XP yield spot of Unova goes they were never the top anyway, that's still Piloswine hordes other side of Giant Chasm.

Not getting enough time to play, but I'll soon finish Johto and update the guide with all the new ideal spots 🙂
