How exactly do you use this mod? Isn't xDelta for patching existing files?

Will there be an Alpha Amoongus, or is HA Amoongus event only? Same with other event HAs?

Hello, I'm a big fan of pirates and saw the pirate hat on this site, https://pokemmo.eulify.app/tools/cosmetics, but when I went looking for more info I can't find anyone discussing it at all. Is this just very old, or was it added to the tool by mistake? Thank you! Also asking for a friend, is the Rock n' Roll jacket tradable?

I was having fun with this tool before but for some reason its become very slow and wont register an encounter for a few seconds, and completely fails to track if I run from the battle too fast. Is this a known issue? Tyvm!
