Other legendries cannot be caught or kept because of how powerful they are and would make battling with them extremely easy. Even endgame battles.

Only specific legendaries are able to be kept by players. Some are able to be held in their respective regions. Players are allowed to find (and keep:) Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres (Kanto) Suicune, Raikou, Entei (Johto) Shaymin (Can be caught once every Lunar New Year event) 5 are able to be found in the wild by a player, and must battle other players to keep ownership. These are: Mewtwo (Kanto) Lugia (Johto) Rayquaza (Hoenn) Arceus (Sinnoh) Keldeo (Unova) Zekrom is caught as a reqirement in Unova Story but is not permanently kept once its sequence of battles is finished Other legendaries cannot be obtained.

For the Unova story you need to catch Zekrom, although once you use it in the required battles you will not keep it afterwards.

Nope. Regardless of which ROM is installed, you will always encounter (and temporarily obtain Zekrom) and have access to Black City. Hope this helps

Shinies is just pure luck. Some people can be really unlucky. I haven't found one in nearly 18 months myself. Being donator cuts the odds to 1/27,000. Shiny Charms and donator together cut the odds even more Keep at it and I'm sure you'll find one eventually.

After beating Candice you got to rock climb up to lake Acuity, and then complete the Galactic base building in Veilstone City, the story will take you to the summit of Mt. Coronet. Once you have done your business around the summit then you will be able to go to Sunyshore.

A couple of years ago Frisk/Thief told you which specific Pokemon in the horde held an item, but you wouldn't be able to steal the item if you fainted the holder. Now you will steal the item even if you faint the holder, but the trade off being Frisk will not tell you which specific opponent in the horde holds the item, just at least one is holding one. Gothita can also have Competitive as an ability, not all in the wild can Frisk I hope this helps
