Buenas tardes, he sido baneado por RMT, mi cuenta principal aclarando solamente que no obtuve ningún tipo de moneda a cambio, durante 9 años jugando he jugado Pokemmo normalmente en el cual solo disfruto jugar, y si es posible ayudar a otros jugadores, siempre con respeto y sin obtener beneficio o algo a cambio(Oro, moneda), por su respuesta tengo entendido que me banearon por un like de una publicación realizada en el grupo de Pokemmo de Facebook, de la cual fue una dinámica para participar en un sorteo de un pokemon(No dinero real, no moneda del juego, ni oro) simplemente solo por apoyar a mi mascota en una convocatoria en la cual participaba por un kit de mascotas, que tampoco es oro, ni dinero real, solo una persona me apoyo con un like, y el sorteo no se realizó por motivo de ban, donde tengo mis cosas, pokemon, objetos, etc. Si me es imposible recuperar la cuenta, entiendo, pero porque me banearon mi cuenta secundaria si esta cuenta no la estaba utilizando cuando realice dicha publicación, no estaba activa en el momento, es mi duda, solamente porque proviene del mismo correo? Si me reportaron dentro del juego solo he jugado los últimos días con esta cuenta mi cuenta secundaria porque se pierde? Si no participo en la publicación por un like de mi mascota realizada anteriormente en un grupo de pokemmo del cual no obtuve ningún beneficio de oro ni de ningún tipo de moneda a cambio, mi mascota de hecho se llama Ash como el protagonista del anime pokemon, de antemano agradezco la información, espero su respuesta.
