I couldnt even submit the ticket... when i tried to submit it after filling it all out it just gave me a message saying this character can not be recovered... this sucks

Hello im trying to find a way to contact the gms by accident i deleted the wroung account i had 2 saved with close names and typed the wroung one. is there anyway i can get back the shop flutes i bought?
