I think there should be made in updated version of this guide because sometimes people need to make more precise EV training and that's not possible using hordes.

Why you don't add the Johto locations?

They give now less exp because their mac level by One and I miss calculated I was getting around 2900 average with exp share and non OT mons.

Unova's route 11 Rapidash Nos give only around 5k average. They are no more One of the best locations.

I agree but its hard to implement gen 6 because it's already a 3ds game.

I think that it could also have the option of seeing the pokemons available in a specific route.

I think its should be created an auction option in GTL it should show the highest bid and when creating the sell with that option you should set a minimum price (and maybe a sell now price). Because there some items/pokemon that are so rare that they can be sold for more than the price listed it would make the rarest items more expensive.

But you can't sell pokemon in that GTl
