I am a huge noob. How do I download and use this for iOS?

3 minutes per turn is long and games can take 30+ minutes. Other Pokémon games have 10 second turn limit. Maybe have turn limit 10 seconds with like 60 seconds in reserve that does not replenish. Hoping for a quicker PVP experience
