We all know the servers are based in Canada etc, but is there a way to have a server in Europe. like Frankfurt or London would be amazing places to have servers as it means people playing in Europe are not always on 100+  ping. This will be great for shiny hunters trying to make more eggs as well as people flipping on the GTL. (refreshing on 100+ ping is a pain btw)

Frequently Asked Questions
1.  How do I install the mod?
Drag the .mod file into your data/mods folder in your game directory and enable the mod in Mod Management tab.
2. Why is my Pokemon Sparkling animation is running at a different speed than my other pokemon?
Since some sprites have different frame timings the sparkling animation might run faster/slower than other pokemon.
3. Why is my female pokemon look like its male counterpart
There are inconsistency issues regarding to gender differences so i chose to use male sprites only. I might get back to this later.
4. Can you make X Pokemon's sparkles Y colour?
Please give me your recommendations. The algorithm i have used to determine which colours to use on which pokemon might not find the most suitable colours. If the community asks for a specific pokemon to be some other colour i will update it so.

Fixed big sprites going under the battleground. FYI it will still clip the ground a bit. I recommend using my other mod No Battle Ground

Fixed the bug that made some sparkles a different colour than it is supposed to (i know some people liked this i will try to bring custom colours as sparkles in the future)

All Pokémon must be caught within the event time and at the event location.
Evolved or unevolved forms of the listed Pokémon will NOT be accepted as a valid entry.
You must be the OT of the Pokémon.
After the 1h catching phase, you must link your entry to @poxxi via whisper to submit it.
Keep the Pokémon in your party till results.

2024 PokeMMO Shiny Wars - Results
 
Firstly, we'd like to give a big thank you to everyone that participated in this years Shiny Wars. We hope that everyone had fun participating!
 
PLEASE DO NOT POST FEEDBACK HERE. It will be ignored/deleted. We've made a Feedback Thread for this!
 
Here's some (Maybe surprising, maybe not) statistics for this years shiny wars!
 
In total there were 5140 recorded shinies caught during this event.
 
These include:
 
 Cubchoo - 538 times 
 Cryogonal - 421 times 
 Venipede - 168 times 
 Sawk - 155 times 
 Throh - 144 times 
 
The MVP (player who achieved the most points during the event) was HSI, who managed to get 232 points. Big congratulations, great work!
