I get that there's only so much the devs can/want to do to reward us. Giving UU/NU better prizes than OU makes no sense, you're right. Which is why I made a discussion here to see if anyone has any ideas that could work with the system. I'm just worried we're going to go back to how it was before where the only active MM'ing is OU because not enough people play the lower tiers. I guess we wait and see though, sucks but nothing else we can do.

I'll start this by saying I was going to make a suggestion but figured this would be better to see how the community in general feel and maybe get ideas from others that could help. Any staff/dev input here would be cool too because I'd like to imagine you guys are noticing the same things we are I feel like the whole matchmaking system for the lower tiers (UU, NU, Dubs) is getting stale again. It's getting to the point where I'm seeing people waiting like 10/20 minutes without finding games only to face the same person they face every single time. I don't really know what we could do to improve this, maybe nerf rewards? or add extra incentives for winning games in a row or something idk. That's what I'm hoping people can suggest so we have an idea. But from looking at how hard it is to find games etc, I'm not liking the direction where things are heading - it's looking like we might go back to how things were before the MM update where the other tiers are dead or inactive most of the time. What you guys think?

Like I posted on discord. Who cares about the poll? The poll is irrelevant. The discussion is the main thing here, as most of the votes come from V4 and NORE in opposite ends anyways basically and so far I've seen about 2 people actually contribute to the conversation here while 40+ people vote. Speak people, things aren't gonna change by just voting. Back up why you think things should change or stay the same.

Still got the same input as I had previously, I feel like this shuffled system is better overall for the player base. I get why people dislike it though, obviously. I feel like as long as you've got multiple teams premade and ready then you're good to go. At least to me at least that's how it feels. I also feel like the only people who are mad/upset still about this are the people who still play mostly every official, did well pre shuffle-bracket update and haven't done anything (or not as well as they're used to doing at least) since the shuffled bracket update. Learn to adapt to change and stop depending on knowing what your opponent is gonna use and focus more on the skill you have and you'll be just fine.

This. Isnt there anything else you guys can do? I'm sure this will probably rule out alot of the players from EU from playing because it's so late. I dont think many if any EU players would complain if you were to push the date forward or even back.

Yeah, I wouldnt be against it for non shiny gifts too. But I dont think theres much of an argument for it for shinies. For people to make their gift shinies perfect they still gotta spend, and it still takes money out of the game afterall this

How so though? it's not like they can get a perfect shiny comp by grabbing one breeder, they're still have to spend like minimum 10M+ out of their own money to breed a perfect shiny comp if they choose to do that

Is there any possibility we could make it so gift mons you get can be bred? I get that you dont want them to be tradable, but I dont see why it would be a bad thing to make them breedable even if it means them keeping the gift badge and not being able to be bred after being traded. Pros: It means people who arent currently using these gift mons you get from PvP/shiny prizes are able to be bred if you wish to spend the money or resources to do it. Therefore encouraging people to use these mons more instead of either releasing them or letting them sit in their boxes like most shiny prizes do. Cons: Idk? Enlighten me Any chance we could get this at all? @Kyu
