You could gather like a group of friends, switch to channel 1 or 2. Make a wall infront of the E4's doors so no-one shall pass. THAT could be exploited.

Also you forgot to add the Fighting Dojo in Saffron. You can steal 1 Black Belt per trainer.
Also another thing: You can get multiple depending on how many Pokemon the trainer has.
Z has 2 fighting Pokemon in the Fighting Dojo. Get the first Black Belt then die. then go for the second. But that's only for the most dedicated of you :3
EDIT: If you purposely faint, the same Pokemon will hold whatever he/she holds.
But your Pokemon's item, that was thief'd will not disappear.
