Hello, controllers are allowed and lower player's shiny rate is not a punishment that we issue in PokeMMO, the punishment for using a Prohibited 3rd-party Software is actually a ban, not a shiny rate modification, I think that you are sadly just unlucky. Johtomorrow is still a meme yes, and like adding legendaries and hidden abilities, they are still in the devs projects but have not been added yet. There is not ETA about any of those, devs will communicate when it will relevant to not give false hopes to the players.
