Garchomp moveset help.

Ability: Sand Veil
Item : Choice Scarf
Moveset:

Fire Fang
Earthquake
Dragon Claw
Stone Edge

Currently Im thinking about this moveset, but many players telling me get Draco Meter, Dragon Rush, Outrage in stead of Fire Fang / Dragon Claw. 
And which one is better Stone edge or Rock slide ?
I am not into competition I only breed 5*31 Natured pokes for my collection.

Use yache berry instead of scarf (scarf on jolly is overkill anyways).

Replace Stone Edge with Swords Dance.

Scarf on jolly overkill ? Best revengekill for DD mence / dnite or scarf hydreigon

Stone Edge > rock slide , kill gyarados fast 

I think forgot fire fang if no sword dance , u can't play fire blast with jolly nature ( need neutral atkspé  for 2HKO skarm , aquatail or dragon rush are good options

No it is not lol. you wanna outspeed boosted base 100s (i.e, volc, mence, etc)

 

Still, scarf chomp is probably my least favourite chomp set, sd is just too good to pass on.
