FPS dropping after latest update on Windows 10

Hi, everyone.

 

Has anyone been experiencing fps dropping after these updates? My game is getting unstable fps specially when I'm navigating on cities. I've googled it, some people suggested selecting my Nvidia card instead of Intel Integrated Graphics as the GPU responsible for processing the game -- since I'm playing on a laptop -- but it didn't help at all. Does anyone have any advice regarding how to solve this issue? Thanks in advance

There are certain optimizations you can within Windows and on your GPU configuration that may improve performance.

I could try and help further if I knew the exact specification of the GPU / CPU being used to run the game.
