how do i beat misty

so i have a Charmeleon lvl  29 and a pickachu lvl 7 and a mankey lvl 4 and pidgey lvl 5 and a jigglypuff lvl 3 and a kakuna level 4. i have tm's roar,theif and bullet seed and attract and secret power and i also have a moon stone. i need to beat misty so what do i do?

PokeMMO is more difficult than the original games, you have to level up more than just your starter Pokemon if you want to beat the game. I'd level up the Pikachu for Misty, but be aware that the AI have proper items/moves/etc so you will need to improve your team beyond just Charmander/Pikachu if you want to find any success in later gyms

Either train the pikachu to max obedience level or reset and pick something other than charmander.
