You are however free to EV and moveset these Pokémon to your liking....if you're luckyThe twistThis time we'll play with ALL the pokemon AND a card game.The card game :I have a randomizer with a selection of cards who can affect YOU or your opponents battle significantly. Everyone starts with 1 card, u get rid of this card before you play against your opponent, if u win u get another card if u lose... u get send to the loser bracket and get a 2nd chance. All the cards & uses. Spoiler Mind ControlChoose another player's card and use it for them. The victim cannot use their card afterwards.Greed Reroll 2 Cards. The first card rolled must either be used or discarded before rolling for the second card.Triple Reroll Reroll any 2 Pokemon of your choice up to 3 times. once u choose 2 to reroll u cant reroll any other in your team. Reroll Reroll one of your Pokemon.Reroll all Reroll all of your Pokemon. Curse RerollForce another player to reroll one of their Pokemon of your choosing.Curse Reroll all Force another player to reroll all of their Pokemon. Data CorruptReroll any player's entire team and card, without filters. Cannot be blocked or controlled.Devolve one Force another player to devolve one of their Pokemon of your choosing by one stage. Devolve +Force another player to devolve one of their Pokemon of your choosing to any stage.Dexshift Choose any Pokemon. This Pokemon changes into a previous or subsequent Pokemon in National Dex that is NOT in it's own evolutionary line (Ex. Charmeleon may become Venusaur or Squirtle).Evolve one Choose one of any player's Pokemon (including your own) to evolve one stage. Evolve allChoose any player (including yourself) to evolve all Pokemon to any stage. BugcatcherChoose any Pokemon (yours or another player's) and reroll it with the Bug type. Mythical rerollChoose any Pokemon (yours or another player's) and reroll it with a Mythical.Legendary reroll Choose any Pokemon (yours or another player's) and reroll it with a LegendaryFlame Burden You must choose one of your Pokemon to hold a Flame Orb. This card is mandatory.Toxic Burden You must choose one of your Pokemon to hold a Toxic Orb. This card is mandatory.Choice Burden You must choose one Pokemon to hold any Choice item. This card is mandatory.Slow Burden You must choose one of your Pokemon to hold an item that reduces speed (Lagging Tail, Iron Ball, etc). This card is mandatoryFlame Curse Choose another player's Pokemon to hold a Flame Orb. This card is mandatory.Toxic Curse Choose another player's Pokemon to hold a Toxic Orb. This card is mandatory.Choice curse Choose another player's Pokemon to hold any Choice item. This card is mandatory.Slow curse Choose another player's Pokemon to hold an item that reduces speed (Lagging Tail, Iron Ball, etc). This card is mandatory.Taunt curse Target any Pokemon of your opponent. That Pokemon has a permanent taunt effect.Trade Swap any 2 Pokemon of your choice with your next opponent 1 time. ReaperChoose any Pokemon (yours or another player's). This Pokemon is banned from use (the victim's team is reduced to 5 Pokemon). This card is mandatory.Rampage Other players see you as a rampaging threat. All players must attack you turn 1. This card is mandatory.Shield Take your trusty shield into battle. Players cannot attack you turn 1. This card is mandatory.Clause Break Choose 1 of any clause to break either before or during battle. Note: Revealing which clause you're breaking is optional.Pinocchio The user may ask any other player what their next move will be during the battle. The target must answer truthfully. This card is a one time use onlyDittoChoose another player's card to copy and use. You can only copy cards that have already been used.Block Choose any player to cancel out their card. You can activate this card now or wait and see how player's intend to use their own cards beforehand. Magic ShieldYou may replace one Pokemon in your team with a Pokemon that has the ability Magic Bounce.Magnet pull Steals the effect of another player's card. Unlike Mind Control, this card can only be activated on a card that is in the process of being used. If a card is never used, this card cannot steal its effect. The victim must then reroll a new card.Fake Shield Your shield isn't very useful if it can't take a lot of hits. Players cannot attack you turn 1, but they must attack you turn 2. This card is mandatory. No ShieldYou forgot your shield. You cannot use any protecting moves, including substitute.Disguise You may replace one Pokemon in your team with a Mimikyu, Ditto, Zorua, or Zoroark.Amnesia Target any Pokemon of your next opponent. That Pokemon may only know three moves.Forecast The user may target any Pokemon that can learn a weather move/has a weather ability. The target MUST set up a weather effect the first turn.Puppet Choose a 'Mon before turn 1 in battle. The victim must reveal the moves of the 'Mon. You can then choose a move which the 'Mon must use on turn 1, and the move's target (which cannot use protect moves for this turn). You can't pick self-fainting moves. Form changeIf any player's Pokemon (including your own) has an alternate form, you must pick a form for that Pokemon to take. If none of the Pokemon have alternate forms, reroll your card.Destiny bond The first card that a player uses against you is also used against its caster.Wild Card Choose any card (except Wild Card). This card can ignore priority unless the effects of the selected card requires early use (Ex. Block or Mind Control). You don't have to reveal your intended card until you use it. Teams are public, the cards aren't till bracket is made. U get an additional 10 minutes after brackets are made to change your team if someone uses their card on you. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Your Pokémon will be assigned by me after your registration, and they will be public, I will dm you your card. Of course you won't know who your opponent will be until we start though!. Additional rules: - If u disobey/lie about one card u'll lose the fight and your opponent wins. (e.g : if your opponent has the card Puppet and u dont listen to their command you will automatically lose the battle.) - The games will be played in the 'gen 7 Anything goes' format. Make sure your team is eligible for it. If you have a Pokémon that is illegal for the format, @ me in #showdown-events and I will reroll the Pokemon that is illegal. - Z-Moves are NOT allowed. - Mega's ARE allowed. (Mega rayquaza ISN'T) - Every time you win a match you are granted one reroll on your team. You are not forced to keep the reroll. - After every round there is a 5-10 minute intermission where you can change up your moves or EV spreads if you want. - The tournament will be double-elimination.
