An opinion that could make the game even more interesting for players who don't play competitive, you could release the legendaries in a way that doesn't affect the competitive, for example: each player can capture one legendary of each, not being able to own more than one of the same, cannot be used in the competitive one, only in friendly duels where the two players accept as rule, not being allowed the sale of the same.
