When you have no more round time to think about your strategy add a visual warning notification for last seconds, so a player won't get surprise for end battle

 

Add a message: your time is getting over, go fast

That would fit in perfectly with a sound notification. Most people time out during pvp because they are busy running calculations so it only makes sense if they added those notifications. I dont know how they would implement them in a way that doesn't make the annoying for every turn played with little time remaining.
