How i will buy pokéballs now?

I want to Buy some pokéballs, however when i come in the Pokémon Center during tutorial, i've been disconnected due to internet. When i return, Professor Juniper are in Door and bianca on their waiting spot. However, i still are forced to heal my mons. And with this, bianca and juniper where complety bugged. So... seller is blocked, how i will buy pokeballs?(Staff, please don't lock this topic, i know tha i can go on https://support.pokemmo.eu and submit a ticket reporting the bug. I only want to comment about this bug that literally happen due to connection.)
