Rotation Controll App for android

Found an app in the play store that allows android users to control the landscape/portrait mode of apps that typically are locked into one mode. I was curious if it was safe to use this or is it considered breaking the rules by using a 3rd party app? Would be nice to play pokemmo in portrait mode with my specific phone. When the app is running theres a notification saying "Roation Controll is displaying over other apps" so i figured id ask first so it doesnt get me banned for no reason

Maybe showing the exact app will help. Kind of annoying having to turn auto rotate off every time i launch pokemmo too lol.

And when the rotation control app is running this notification is always active
