Squirtle/Koopa/Turtle Shell

Reasoning

1) We have Kyu hat and Desu Lab Coat. With anniversary coming up, a Squirtle/Koopa/Turtle shell to represent squirtle would be perfect. It would be a perfect platform to introduce it!

2) It would fit the Dragon Ball theme of items we already item such as electric storm, turtle gi, combat armor, etc. Turtle Gi + the shell would be amazing and a throwback to the old Dragon Ball series. 

3) If a shiny version is introduced, it would fit the shiny squirtle/wartortle/blastoise theme AND the Koopa turtle theme from Mario! We already have the plumber's cap so it would be an excellent add-on to complete outfits.
