Enable Update Character Rotation Immediately After A Event Finishes

Dear staff, our character movement update is very important to we communicate with each other. If we were interested only in play the campaign, this is not necessary at all. But we use

the character movement rotation to express our feeling usually and also to stand in vermillion in the correct position. So, frankly, please don't do again big delays like this (a month that anniversary event ended and we still don't have our movements working correctly). Thank you for your time and have a nice week!
