It would be great if you could explain what the ev spread of certain mons is calculated for, like the 96 speed on Tom-Wash (which I can only assume is for outspeed to Scizor adamant 252 Speed), among other things, without those calculations it's hard really give a good constructive criticism to the team, although if I can say something, I see almost zero resistance to pokes like Conkeldurr bulk up, which can free turn boost and deal tremendous damage to your team, and well, other dangerous cases like Darmanitan , etc.
