yongsan
I'd like to build a competitive team around the following: Ferrothorn @ Leftovers or Rocky Helmet EVs: 252 HP / 6 Def / 252 SpD Sassy - Stealth Rock - Leech Seed - Worry Seed (? Replaceable) - Gyro Ball Scizor @ Choice Band or Life Orb Ability: Technician EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Spe Adamant - U-Turn - Bullet Punch - Close Combat - Pursuit (? Replaceable) Both are 4x weak to Fire so that will certainly have to be addressed. My guess is that this has to be a rain team, but initially, some other team members I was thinking of: - a physically offensive Tyranitar and Garchomp (if they make sense), maybe with a bulky Rotom-Wash Would it be better to just run these two as the core of a rain team instead, though? I'd greatly appreciate any pointers! The move sets and hold items on Ferrothorn and Scizor are also open to change. Edited September 25, 2022 by yongsan Link to comment
EmilioGarras
If you want to use both of them, Rain team is how you should go, both of them will fit well on that team. yongsan 1 Link to comment

On scizor even pursuit being a great move, Aerial Ace could be a option to conk if your team didn't have too much to deal with it. But is too much occasional. Link to comment

Sounds good! Could you possibly recommend 4 mons to fill up the rest of the team with specifics on what should be prioritized for each (Nature, EV spread, Moveset, held item)? I'd really appreciate it! 1 hour ago, caioxlive13 said: On scizor even pursuit being a great move, Aerial Ace could be a option to conk if your team didn't have too much to deal with it. Take note that aerial ace is extremelly risked to use. Like, he have ~31% chance to OHKO conkeldurr, IF you have a Choice Band on him and he already take 1 burn damage. LifeStyleNORE
you need something for Conkeldurr and Serperior if you run Scizor+Ferrothorn+Washtom+Tyranitar. Weezing's an option. And for last probably a fire-type like Infernape, maybe scarf for speed control and CB on Tyra for wallbreak. Scizor could run SD acrogem just so Conk puts less pressure on the team. yongsan, RysPicz and Quinn010 3 Link to comment

Also, until the event, Price of Ability Patch certainly will fell harshly, if you will go for a Physical Infernape with Iron Fist , this will help you. Oh okay, I'm pretty new to Pokemmo. so there will be a Halloween event, and I should save money and buy Ability pills before then? Link to comment
DiosSlurpuff
I suggest you build with only ONE Pokémon as a base, and from there cover its weaknesses. Building with a base of a weak pokémon x4 to Fire and the second pokémon putting another weak x4 is a tremendous mistake bro, also both are Steel type, and Magnezone exists Link to comment
