The suggestion is quite simple: Add an item that allows players to transfer a particle from one pokemon to another. Obviously Shiny/Secret Shiny's Particle couldn't be transferred.
How would it work?
You would receive an item, which could be obtained in a Lower Tier reward path (UU/NU/DB). When using it, you select a particle of your pokemon and turn it into an item in your bag, not exchangeable and impossible to throw away. This item you would use on any other pokemon and apply the particle. This would allow people to transfer 2013-16 particles to alpha pokemons, without having to breed and likely the pokemon losing alpha status.
