Which Deerling would you choose?

I just recently started playing and decided to go with a deerling for my grass Pokemon in Unova and I don't know which one to choose.

Even if both are nice, if I were you, without knowing natures, I'd choose the 31 speed one over the other, as it's mainly an offensive pokemon

Yup, definitely the one with 31 speed. Or if they're of opposite genders you could consider breeding them, if you don't mind.

I agree. With a brace in Speed and one in Defense it would be a decent Deerling for story, unless the nature turns out really bad

I choose the 31 in Defense.

Discounting Sp Atk from both the one who has 31 in Defense has higher IVs and more Atk IV.

Ha! Didn't even notice they were opposite genders, yeah breeding would be best so as to get the best of both worlds.
