Staraptor - Special note on this one, we are currently in discussion about if it should be BL or not and are willing to ban it during the month, just need some extra time to discuss it. A little bit of practical evidence probably wouldn't hurt if anybody wants to actually try it out for the brief window it may or may not be here, and I encourage you to invite any available TC member that is available while you do.  There is a discussion thread currently up HERE
