Reviewed Unova - Route 1 information, and in the grass using basic Lure is Lv 5 Patrat & Lillipup, and rare Lv 7 Wingull!

Sorry for the extreme delayed answer: the prices are based on the RP, not on the actual price it are selled on GTL. For example, the Premium Basic Lure, costs 45.000/unit due to the RP convertion, even if are selled with different price on GTL
