Shamo's Sinnoh Rock Smash Guide and Routes

There are several locations to Rock Smash in Sinnoh, the Celestic/Mt.Coronet and Turnback Cave being my favorite of the two routes

Requirements for Celestic Town/Mt.Coronet Route: Frisk/Thief Mon, Rock Smash/Dig/Strength/Defog, Intimidate/Keen Eye with Cleanse-Tag

Turnback Cave Route: Frisk/Thief Mon, Rock Smash/Rock Climb/Defog, Some method of Healing like 10x Hyper Potions, and either 1-2 PP Ups on thief or 1x Leppa Berry

Recommended: Secondary thief Mon for Backup Thief, Damp mon for for self killing shiny mons, and an Imprison/Memento Mon for Turnback Cave if a shiny Spiritomb is encountered

My Sinnoh Rock Smashing Team:
-Banette (Frisk/Thief)
-Sneasel (Rock Smash, Keen Eye, Cleanse Tag)
-Xatu (Fly, Defog)
-HA Parasect (Thief, False Swipe, Spore, Damp)
-Excadrill (Strength)
-Healing/PP modifiers for Turnback Cave

Celestic Town/Mt.Coronet Route:
1. Go West of Celestic Town to Route 211 and hit the 6 Rocks on the northern segment of the route
2. Enter Mt.Coronet and head towards the West exit, hitting the rocks along the way and pushing the strength rock out of the way. Once you smash the 2nd rock, use Dig
3. Enter Mt.Coronet and go North. Use Strength to progress to the first three rocks. Continue North to and hit the 4th rock on your way to the Next room
4. Enter into the final room and start by using Defog and then strength and hit the 2x Rock Smashes close to the entrance
5. Travel North and take the first set of stairs on your right and hit the three Rocks here
6 Head back up the stairs and continue north and hit the next rock before the next set of stairs and then progress down the following set of stairs on your right to get three more Rock Smashes
7. Head back up the stairs and continue North and hit the rock at the next set of stairs and then continue north to hit one more rock before the exit
8. Head South to the recent set of stairs and progress East for four more Rock Smashes and then head South allong the East wall to get the final Rock Smash of the route
9. Use dig to get out

Turn Back Cave Route:
1. Fly to Veilstone and go South onto Route 214 and then go East onto the Spring Path and progress North to the Cave
2. Use Defog once you enter Turnback Cave and head through one of the connecting side doors until you enter a room with Rock Smashes and begin Rock Smashing
3. Head through a connecting side door to get to a room with more Rock Smashes (Some rooms don't have any Rock Smashes. I just continue through the connecting side doors until I get another room with more Rock Smashes)
4. Monitor your Thief PP and Thief Mon's HP throughout the run as you can continue to Rock Smash here indefinitely if enough resources are present
