old player need help

Hi, I'm an old player, The last time I played was in 2016, a few days ago I returned to the game and I don't have my characters.

Is there a way to get my character, Pokémon, and items back?

I have 2 accounts with the same email, but neither had characters when I logged in

I tried to use that option but it asks me to select which character I want to recover and there is no character to select.

I try, but no character appears to recover


I read that they removed inactive characters, I guess I'll have to start again

Choose one of the 6 names you might remember from these 2 accounts....if you never made a character in 2016, this might be the base of your problem

The staff pruned the database twice, in 2015 and 2018. By not entering since 2016, your character may have been deleted according to certain criteria.

With this update, we will be pruning inactive characters and inactive teams. Criteria for automated deletion is as follows:

 

Characters who have met ALL of the following criteria have been deleted: 

• Not online for at least 6 months
• Less than 6 hours' played time
• Less than $25,000 money
• Have no shinies on the character
• Have no party members level 50 or higher
• Account has not ever donated
