Rage powder move on doubles tier

Is this How "rage powder" work ??

+ Sky Drop that is not redirected by Rage Powder or Follow Me (commonly used on Dragonite and Aerodactyl).

So on our case, grass type pokes, overcoat abilities and sky drop moves not affected by rage powder !?

That is correct. It is worth to notice some Reuniclus players have Overcoat in double…

 

For the most part, PokéMMO uses gen5 Pokémons, gen7 mechanics and gen9 moves (when they already exist in gen5 games).
