Purchasable and customizable (colors, symbols) team attire, perhaps shirt and pants. The items are bought, they don't come with the team. The team leader can customize the look and the item you buy looks like your default attire if you're not in a team; looks like what guild leader customized when you're in a team. Reason: team colors in events for example, the hats -backs -gloves (the things that sell most) are not affected by it, only the pants and shirts (the things that sell the least to my knowledge)
