How do I get super rod in Johto?

Basically you get super rod in rt13 Kanto but is not implemented. Can someone help me? I need 30% chance corsola but with good rod I only get 10% 😞

The super rod is located in a house on route 26

I saw there was a very common spot on johto and i was getting like 1 corsola every 20 kraaby and i was confused, now i understand xd
