Icon to see a wild shiny found for nearby players

• Nearby players could tune in, to see the fresh shiny! Hype up the encounter and celebrate the shiny found! (With some fireworks of course! )
• Shows up above the "in battle" pokeball icon. (Could be put to replace the ball icon or next to it.)
• An option to disable the function, if you prefer to shunt in peace or secret.
